Barefoot Bucks Rewards Program

Terms & Conditions

• Customer must be at least 13 years of age and a resident of the United States to be a member of the Barefoot Bucks program.
  
  
• To receive/redeem Barefoot Bucks, customer may be asked to present their Barefoot Bucks card at the time of purchase.
  
  
• Customer will earn one Barefoot Buck for each dollar spent on qualifying purchases. Qualifying purchases include all regular, sale and clearance merchandise, excluding the purchase of gift cards and ChiRunning/ChiWalking workshops.
  
  
• Limit one Barefoot Bucks membership per household.
  
  
• Barefoot Bucks will not be awarded for purchases paid for with gift cards, merchandise credits or Barefoot Bucks Reward Certificates.
  
  
• Barefoot Bucks will not be awarded for sales tax. The Barefoot Buck value of returned merchandise (on which Barefoot Bucks were earned at the time of purchase) will be deducted from the Barefoot Bucks or future Barefoot Bucks in customer’s Barefoot Bucks account.
  
  
• Barefoot Bucks will expire 12 months after the last transaction posted to customer’s Barefoot Bucks account.
  
  
• Barefoot Bucks cards and rewards are not transferable. Lost or stolen cards will be reissued upon customer’s request at Good for the Soles.
• Only active members of the Barefoot Bucks program are eligible to receive membership rewards.
  
  
• Customer is responsible for notifying Good for the Soles of any change of email or physical address.
  
  
• Active program members earn a $10 Barefoot Bucks Reward for each 150 Barefoot Bucks they accrue in accordance with these program terms.
  
  
• Barefoot Bucks Rewards may be used toward the future purchase of any Good for the Soles merchandise. Rewards may not be redeemed for cash. Rewards will be valid no less than 90 days from the date of issue and must be used with customer’s Barefoot Bucks account. Rewards are not valid toward the purchase of gift cards. Rewards may only be used on purchases totally $10 or more.
  
  
• Good for the Soles may, at any time, terminate the Barefoot Bucks program or change the program rules, regulations, benefits or conditions of participation, in whole or in part, without prior notice or further obligation to program members.
  
  
• By participating in the Barefoot Bucks program, you will be added to our customer list and agree to receive email and/or postal mail advertising and marketing communications from Good for the Soles. Your contact information will be used only by Good for the Soles and will not be sold, at any time, to a third party.
  
  
• Any term or condition above which is prohibited by law will not be effective or binding.
