You can't not love this shoe. You may buy it for running, walking, or cross-training, but, we know you'll want to wear it all the time! With a sticky rubber, racing flat sole and increased proprioception (ground feel), this shoe is perfect for running and walking on all terrains, giving you the ability to react to the ground beneath you. With just the right amount of cushion and support in this 1 Arrow Shoc-Zone™ shoe, it's definitely minimal, but has more protection than a barefoot-style shoe. CrossFitters love this shoe for it's stability and lateral support, allowing for a more balanced feel in any workout. Featuring a 3mm differential between the forefoot and heal and a 3mm footbed, this shoe ensures that your foot remains closer to the ground in its most stable and natural position.

SIZING:

This shoe is built on Inov-8's more narrow Performance last and is best for runners and walkers with a narrow to average width foot. If you have a wide foot, you may want to consider one of Inov-8's Anatomical last shoes (check out the Road-X 233 or the Road-X 155).

Please order your typical athletic shoe size, (or a 1/2 size larger if you're in between sizes). The proper fit should result in a finger's to thumb's width between the end of your longest toe and the end of the shoe.
