SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping
Online orders that total $99.00 or more are eligible for free shipping and will be sent either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. At the time of processing you will receive an email with specific tracking information.

APO/FPO Shipping
Although our website does not accept APO/FPO addresses, we can ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail. You can either call the store and place your order via phone or you can process your order normally, leaving your shipping address the same as your billing address, and then send an email to info@goodforthesoles.com with the correct shipping information. You will receive a confirmation email with all shipping information upon the processing of your order.

International Shipping
In most cases, we can ship internationally via USPS Priority Mail. Please call the store at (413)727-3188 during business hours to place an order for international shipping.

RETURN POLICY

All merchandise must be returned in the original sales condition* and packaging** within 30 days, along with the sales receipt to receive reimbursement of purchase price, minus any shipping charges. Refunds will be credited to the credit card used at the time of purchase within 10 business days of the receipt of your return.

Merchandise returned after 30 days, with or without a sales receipt, or merchandise returned within 30 days, but without a sales receipt, must be in original sales condition* and packaging** to receive reimbursement (in the form of store credit only).

*Original sales condition: Must not be soiled, damaged or showing signs of wear.

**Original packaging: Original shoe box and its contents must be in new condition for resale.

PRE-ORDER POLICY

Low Price Guarantee
Pre-order any product, and if the price drops before the release date, you will be charged the lower price.

Payment Processing
Your credit card will be charged only when your order is processed.

Availability
Occasionally, manufacturers will limit the amount of a product available. If this happens, we will process the online orders in the order in which they were received.

Delivery
Orders containing both pre-orders and in-stock merchandise will be broken into separate shipping groups. Each group will be shipped as soon as the merchandise becomes available. Handling charges will apply to each shipping group independently.

Pre-order Release Dates
Good for the Soles works with manufacturers to ensure accurate release dates on our site. Occasionally, however, manufacturers run into problems during production and the release date must be changed. Sometimes dates move forward; sometimes they move back, and sometimes they even get changed more than once.

We guarantee that we will always post the best release date information available at the time of our posting. We know that you want that hot new shoe yesterday, and we want to be the company that gets it to you quicker than anyone else.

DISCOUNT POLICY

Military and Student Discounts
We offer a 20% discount on orders placed by active members of the Armed Forces/National Guard and a 15% discount on orders placed by currently enrolled, full-time students. After the receipt of proper identification, we will issue you a coupon code which can then be applied to your order at checkout. PRIVACY AND SECURITY POLICY

We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.
When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by never selling or sharing this information.
